Eileen has been a loyal customer of ours, and we were thrilled to work with her again after remodeling her kitchen in 2023. This time, she entrusted us with remodeling her porch, and she chose to work with the same project manager, David, who had already built a strong understanding of her needs. After her consultation, the project took off smoothly and efficiently.
Eileen’s deck was in serious disrepair—the wood was deteriorating, with signs of rot, warping, missing planks, and termite damage. It was clear the deck needed an urgent upgrade. We replaced the old flooring with durable new materials, and we freshened up the space with a fresh coat of paint. Additionally, we added a deck shed/sunroom, significantly increasing the value of her home.
The new deck features a sleek dark grey finish, while the sunroom is painted white to enhance insulation, keeping the space cool during the summer months while still allowing the option to bask in the sun. As a whole, the transformation has been a true upgrade to her home.
