Our customer contacts us for a new porch remodeling because her porch got damage with the years and got slope that get worst with the time. we start with demolition of the tile floors, then to inspect the damage of the wood framing and joists, we find out a lot of wood damage and we had to replace all the joists to new one. in the meantime, we apply for permit for new stairs, in this project we build new stairs made of concrete, new stones work on the front walls and columns, new railing, new deck made of composite wood – Trex.
